District employees are represented by an Interest-based Negotiations (IBN) Team. Seven certified employees, seven classified employees and three administrators comprise the team. The team uses an interest-based process to address communications, problem solving and negotiations for the employee groups of 国产探花. From the work of this team, recommendations are made to the Superintendent and the Governing Board on a variety of topics.
